About HOLO

Every card in HOLO's catalogue is a real, individual physical asset — a graded slab, a raw near-mint single, a vintage WOTC holo, a modern Prizm, or a Japanese promo. Each one has its own SKU, condition record, grading certificate (where applicable), and ownership history.

When you open a pack on HOLO, you don't get a JPG. You get a server-side cryptographically secure draw against a curated pool of real cards. The winning card is transferred to your name in our database, and the physical card is reserved for you in the HOLO vault.

From there, you decide: ship the physical card to your door, hold it in the vault and list it on the marketplace, or wait for the right offer.

HOLO is the legal custodian of every card on the platform until you choose otherwise. Cards live in a secured, climate-controlled facility with insurance coverage on aggregate inventory.

Custody means three things in practice: zero risk of counterfeits in HOLO-issued packs (we curate every card before it enters a pool), zero shipping friction on marketplace trades (the card never moves; only the ownership record changes), and the option to keep your wins as a digital portfolio you can liquidate any time.

When you do want to take physical delivery, request a shipment through your collection. The card leaves the vault under tracked insured shipping in your name.

Every pack lists its full prize pool publicly. You can see every card that's still available, every card that's already been pulled, and the live drop probabilities per rarity tier — calculated in real time from the actual remaining pool.

Pulls are determined server-side using Node.js's `crypto.randomInt` against the pack's published weights. Each pack also runs a pity counter: after enough openings without a top-tier hit, the next opening is guaranteed to land on or above the configured rarity threshold for that pack.

When a card is won, it leaves the pool atomically. Once a pool is empty, the pack auto-deactivates. Nothing oversells.

Cards already in the HOLO vault — whether won from packs or consigned by other sellers — can be listed on the HOLO marketplace at a fixed price or with offers enabled.

Every marketplace trade is escrow-protected. Funds are held by HOLO until the buyer confirms delivery (or the card transfers if it's staying in the vault), then released to the seller's Seller Balance. Disputes are handled by HOLO's support team with a clear evidence trail.

Sellers can also ship physical cards to HOLO for consignment. After we receive and verify each card, it enters their vault and — at the seller's option — is listed on the marketplace immediately on their behalf.

HOLO is a Thai company built for the Thai TCG community first. PromptPay is a first-class payment method. Slip verification runs through licensed Thai providers. KYC and seller payouts are denominated in Thai Baht and processed through Thai banks.

Operationally HOLO complies with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the consumer-protection standards of the Office of the Consumer Protection Board. Our shipping partners are Thailand-based carriers with full tracking and insurance for high-value items.

HOLO is operated by HOLO Collectibles Co., Ltd. The founding team brings together TCG collectors and software engineers who have been building digital-first commerce in Southeast Asia for over a decade.
